Ordering

Can I customize more things than the name about my box?

While this is something we want to be able to offer to future products, right now you can only customize the name you would like in your box.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Currently we're only offering local delivery and pickup to Miami Dade and Broward counties.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order.

All of our items will be delivered or ready for local pick-up on December 8,9,&10.

Do you offer returns?

Because of the customizable nature of our products we don't offer any returns or exchanges.

What if my item arrived damaged?
